The mist system has been designed to protect small cookers of size up to 0.8 x 0.8 m and cooking surface with heaters 0.6 x 0.6 m used in homes, Student Accommodation, guesthouses, studios, flats, Rental Properties, yachts, etc. Thanks to the specific properties of water mist, allowing it to extinguish burning edible oils fumes, the System can be applied to protect small fryers, food frying stands, grills, electric or gas cookers etc. According to the certified research, water mist of similar parameters is used to extinguish A, B and F class fires.
